The podcast, hosted and created by Simon Gates, is designed to 'help estate agents find more listings and increase the profitability of their business.'

Last month, founder of Leslie & Co, Paul Leslie, made a guest appearance on the podcast for the show's 110th episode.

In the episode, Leslie and Gates discuss the estate agents personal life, professional life and how Leslie runs his 'small' yet growing estate agency.
