AN Ealing man has been handed a suspended sentence after being caught with substantial amounts of crack cocaine and heroin in Walpole Park.

Dillon Goulon, 20, of Warwick Road, Ealing was sentenced at Isleworth Crown Court to 28 months imprisonment, suspended for 24 months, for possession with intent to supply class A drugs and breach of criminal behavioural order.

On August 9, police officers were patrolling Walpole Park and saw Goulon discard a package containing a quantity of class A drugs.

He was searched under the misuse of drugs act and was subsequently arrested for being in possession of 40 wraps of crack cocaine and 25 wraps of heroin.

An investigation began with the assistance of the West Areas drug focus desk that found evidence on his mobile phone, which suggested he had been in the company of another man, who he is prohibited from being in contact with, as per the terms of his criminal behavioural order.

He was then charged on the following day remanded in custody until his hearing.
