Ealing Liberal Democrats say residents of Meath Court are denied the opportunity to speak at the Extraordinary General Meeting in December which Labour denies.
The Lib Dems are "disappointed" that Meath Court Estate residents are not allowed to share their experiences at the special Extraordinary General Meeting on 19 December.
The party said: "Those who are suffering are being gagged and so lessons are not being learned.
"We have challenged Labour to inspire these vulnerable residents with a hope for the future for the upcoming year, instead Labour have delayed and seem focused on filibustering."
Councillor Gary Malcolm, Leader of the Opposition said: "Liberal Democrats are appalled that Labour are not prioritising the opportunity for residents (of Meath Court) to speak but are leaving them in a squalid situation, having delayed the meeting taking place as long as they can.
"Those who are suffering are not being listened to and so lessons are not being learned. Shocking"
However, since then Ealing Council has announced that it will decommission the estate and rehouse its residents.
A Majority Group spokesperson said: "First and foremost, the council is decommissioning Meath and Marston Courts, and is actively in the process of rehousing residents.
"The council is therefore in constant contact with residents. We are not aware that any residents wanted to speak at the Extraordinary Council Meeting, which was cynically called by the Liberal Democrats in order to ask us to do something that we were already doing.
"If the Liberal Democrats have received such a request, they have not passed it on as they should have done, so it is false to suggest that this is being blocked."
In September, the London Democracy Reporting Service (LDRS) visited Meath Court in Acton where conditions "dire".
Residents spoke of fortnightly police raids, constant theft, public defecation, unsafe conditions and the discovery of bullets which was shown to an ITV London crew who put together a follow-up package.
The 60-unit estate is a mix of drug dealers and multi-children families all crammed in together says its residents.
