Ealing Broadway has revealed its jam-packed schedule of entertainment for summer, including a six-week programme of live music.
From tomorrow, Thursday 21st July, shoppers will be able to enjoy a variety of live entertainment as part of Ealing Broadway's Summer Live schedule in Town Square, with new acts taking to the stage every Thursday from 3pm – 7pm until Thursday 25th August.
This will include two hours of professional sets, an hour of local youth performers and an hour of local community groups, musicians, and bands.
Each performance will be free of charge, with visitors invited to support Ealing Broadway's local charity partners, Ealing Mencap and Befriend Ealing, via donations at their resident Giving Box outside Tesco.
Little ones and their families can also enjoy the new turf and grass area in Town Square, which offers a safe, soft place to play. With a sandpit also on offer, visitors can pretend they are at the beach and build sandcastles and sculptures into the evenings.
A wave of stunning rainbow bunting is also set to run along Town Square, Oak Road, and the Colonnades.
Andrew Rollings, centre director at Ealing Broadway, said: "Our new Summer Live event schedule will arrive hot on the heels of this week's heatwave, and we can't wait to share some fantastic live music with the local residents of Ealing.
"We look forward to welcoming visitors to our Town Square over the summer months to soak up the atmosphere."
