Today's weather: Highs of 11 degrees and lows of 8 degrees, just cloudy all day again, according to the Met Office, with wind gusts between 8 – 3 mph.

Met Office news: Over the last 60 years the average temperature of the UK has increased by 0.8°C, rainfall by 7.3%, and sunshine by 5.6%, according to Met Office research.

Traffic: As of 9am according to AA Traffic, delays of four minutes and delays easing on A406 North Circular Westbound between Corringway and Tudor Way. Average speed ten mph.
