Traffic: As of 8:30am according to AA Traffic, delays of eight minutes and delays increasing on A406 North Circular Westbound in London. Average speed ten mph.

Slow traffic on A40 Eastbound from Hillingdon Circus to A4000 Wales Farm Road (Gypsy Corner). Usual delays past Northolt, Greenford, Perivale, and after Hanger Lane. Today's Sunrise: 7:43 am

Don't miss: The 30 November is St Andrew's Day, celebrated in Scotland in honour of St Andrew, the patron saint of Scotland. An X is the symbol of St Andrew, which is why the Scottish flag has the X-shaped cross on it. He is also the patron saint of Romania, Greece, Russia, Ukraine and Poland.

Today is also National Computer Security Day, which started in 1988 to raise awareness about cyber security issues. So a good day to check your online security, and go to a ceilidh.
