Delays of three minutes and delays easing on A406 North Circular Westbound between Abbey Road (Park Royal Interchange) and Hanger Lane (Hanger Lane Gyratory System). Average speed ten mph.

Slow traffic on A40 London bound between A437 Long Lane (Hillingdon Circus) and Teignmouth Gardens (Hoover Building).

Don't miss: This week is Living Wage Week and yesterday it was announced that the Living Wage rates will rise to £9.90 across the UK (40p increase), and £11.05 in London (20p increase). Living Wage is an independently-set rate that reflects the real costs of living, based on rising living costs – including fuel, energy, rent and food.

According to the Living Wage Foundation, in London, a full-time worker on the new real Living Wage rate would earn an additional £4,173 a year compared to a worker on the current NLW and £3,022 more than a worker on next year's National Living Wage.
