Applications have opened for local artists of all disciplines to be a part of the Borough of Ealing Art Trail 2023.

Ealing's biggest art exhibition, BEAT, is returning in September 2023 and applications for artists to be a part of the showcase have begun.

The Borough of Ealing Art Trail is an annual art exhibition, which has been running since 2015, in which local artists open their homes, studios, or other local venues to display their work and allow members of the public to see all of the local talent.

Over 200 artists took part last year across 68 venues with some fantastic art being on display across the borough.

Artists of any discipline, be it painting, photography, wood work, sculpture, glass, ceramics, metal, textiles, print, mosaics, or collage, who live, work, or study in Ealing are welcome to apply to be part of the Borough of Ealing Art Trail.

Those who are successful in their application will be given the opportunity to display their art in front of around 6,000 people who visit the event and get to mix with lots of other local artists.

In order to apply you need to send three high-resolution images of your work, a written bio about the artist or artists for the brochure, wording for the website, your exhibiting venue location, and all the relevant names and emails of the participating artists.

Individual applications cost £120 and for a group it costs £90 plus £30 for every additional member, and for this you get the right to display your work at the exhibition, an entry into the brochure, a profile on the webpage, exclusive access to the members area, a one-year membership to BEAT, and regular BEAT communications.

BEAT is a not-for-profit organisation run by a committee of volunteer artists and are entirely funded by membership fees and sponsorship.
