Local residents have been reminded about the directional road closure on Acton Lane starting today (Saturday, 20 August 2022).

There will be no entry to Acton Lane from Chiswick High Road while Scottish and Southern Energy (SSE) undertake a new connection to the side of 440 Chiswick High Road. 

• Eastbound traffic - No left turn from Chiswick High Road into Acton Lane
• Westbound traffic – No right turn from Chiswick High Road into Acton Lane

Works will also be undertaken for a sewer connection in Actoon Lane for the new development in Essex Place, Acton Lane under the same directional closure.

These works are due to be completed on 31 August.
