FRIDAY:Jazz on the Lane Night at St Barnabas Church
The talented singer and pianist, Henry Tozer, will perform a selection of Leonard Cohen's most iconic hits together with some of his poetry.
This will be a soulful start to the Jazz on the Lane series and the new year in the candlelit atmosphere of St Barnabas Church.
Adult admission £12.50
8 pm - 9:30 pm at St Barnabas Church, Pitshanger Lane, Ealing, W5 1QG.
FRIDAY and SATURDAY: Cocktail Lounge night at The Moon & Maybe Head on down and shake off the January blues at the Moon & Maybe on St Mary's Road, for an evening of cocktails, fine wines and craft beers. Cheese and charcuterie platters and pizzas will also be served all night with spaces available inside and in the heated outdoor patio area. Doors open at 6pm, last orders at 11pm. Life Drawing on Saturday Afternoons is a tutored session led by Sheila Moylan.
Once a month Sheila leads a friendly class for anyone who wants some guidance on how to draw to the human figure.
There's no need to sign up for all sessions, just pay as you go.
2–4pm at OPEN Ealing Arts Centre School Lane Dickens Yd Ealing W5 2TD.
Pay As You Go Rates per session: Full Price £25 / Concession £20.
SUNDAY: Madhubani Art, one-day workshop Join Komal Madar in a special one day workshop on Madhubani Art: Tree of Life. This unique workshop will give you a mindful experience whilst you create your own personalised Tree Of Life painting. You don't need previous experience to join; just an interest in working with geometric patterns and unleashing your creativity. More details here.
