EXPLORING MINDFULNESS & SELF-COMPASSION - 8 Sundays from Halloween

In these uncertain times, it’s easy to feel anxious or depressed. Then we make it worse by judging ourselves for not being on top of everything. If we can meet our difficult feelings with curiosity, observing our thoughts, we realise the possibility that being just as we are in life is enough.

This realisation can bring more joy, happiness, ease and resilience. Mindfulness and self-compassion practices cultivate these qualities and are clinically proven to enhance your health and wellbeing with long-lasting results.

The course is an interactive online experience which applies universal mindfulness and self-compassion principles to the specific needs and concerns of participants.

This course includes:

Meditation practices
Short talks
Discussion Groups
Audio recordings for home use

Eight Sundays, 7.30pm - 9.30pm:

Oct: 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st
Nov: 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th
