Ealing Trailfinders look to continue their title challenge as they once again travel to Richmond to face London Scottish in the RFU Championship.
Ealing are perfect to start the season, getting five wins from five games, securing five bonus points and having a points difference of +151.
After a week off they return to Championship action against a struggling London Scottish team who are yet to be on the winning side this season and having struggled to make games close all season.
Kick-off at the Richmond Athletic Ground is at 3pm on Saturday.
Harlequins face a tough test to correct their early season issues as they travel to face the undefeated Sale Sharks in the Gallagher Premiership.
Tabai Matson was disappointed that they failed to get going on the breakdown last weekend against Leicester Tigers and have been struggling for consistency all season, shown by how they are yet to win back-to-back games in the league.
They could have hardly asked for a more difficult game to try and fix those problems in as they take on second place Sale who have won all five of their Premiership games so far this season and none of their games have been won by less than a try.
Kick-off at the AJ Bell Stadium is at 3pm on Sunday.
London Welsh are in for another tough test this weekend as they play host to Bracknell in Regional 1 South Central.
Welsh needed a last second penalty to snatch a draw against lowly Sutton and Epsom last week to move them down to second bottom in the league with just one win in six matches.
Their opposition in Bracknell are currently in the middle of the pack, but do have four wins out of six to start the season and are on a two-game winning streak coming into the game this weekend.
Kick-off at Old Deer Park is at 3pm on Saturday.
It is a top of the table clash this weekend as Teddington will have to put their money where their mouth is against Chipstead.
Teddington have exceeded all expectations so far this season in Counties 2 Surrey as they have had a perfect start to the season with five wins out of five to begin the season.
The visitors to Bushy Park this weekend, however, are the team closest in the hunt so far this season in the shape of a four-win Chipstead team sat in second place.
Kick-off at Bushy Park is at 3pm on Saturday.
Elsewhere in the area, Richmond FC are in Friday night action as they travel to Nottingham, London Irish are also playing under the lights this Friday against Gloucester, Twickenham RFC are playing away against Old Tiffinians on Saturday, and Kingston RFC are also on the road against Old Cranleighans.
