Hanwell Town strolled to victory as they thrashed North Leigh 5-1 to claim their first win of 2023 in the Southern League Premier South.
Levi Steele gave North Leigh the lead after just five minutes, before the Geordies turned it around prior to the break through Calum Duffy and Dwayne Duncan.
Kain Adom then bagged a second half brace along with a howler from the Millers' 'keeper, which allowed Chid Onokwai to round off a dominant display.
This victory is Hanwell's first since 3rd December and their first at home in any competition since the middle of October.
It took just five minutes for the deadlock to be broken and it was the visitors who took the lead as Steele got on the end of a cross and sent it beyond Joshua Strizovic, and Hanwell were fearing the worst against the division's bottom club.
Hanwell composed themselves and had a series of early chances go begging as Onokwai failed to poke home from close range before Callum Duffy headed wide from a free-kick inside 20 minutes.
The equaliser arrived after 25 minutes when Harry Rush took a low corner into the near post and Duffy stole a march to get there first and poke beyond Adam North.
Florent Bojaj could have given Hanwell the lead ten minutes later as he turned smartly on the edge of the box to deceive his marker, before firing over the top.
With half-time looming, Hanwell did get their noses in front from another set piece as Duncan met a corner with a thumping header, leaving North stranded as the ball flew into the back of the net.
On the hour mark Adom got his goal as Lewis Cole whipped in a cross straight onto the head of the attacker and he diverted it beyond the goalkeeper to give the hosts some breathing room.
Just two minutes later it was four as yet another cross caused chaos in the North Leigh penalty area, this time it was North at sixes and sevens as he got up to claim it, but spilled the ball to the feet of Onokwai to finish into the empty net.
Adom had his second 13 minutes from the end as the ball bounced up in front of him and he caught hold of the shot very sweetly and the ball came off the inside of the post and in to cap off a magnificent afternoon for the Geordies.
It was very nearly six in second half stoppage time as Adam Lareef worked a yard of space on the edge of the area and sent a wicked curling shot just over the bar.
