AN eight-year-old boy from Hanwell has been growing plants and flowers on some of the planters found throughout LTN21.
The Low Traffic Neighbourhood (LTN) scheme has caused much divide throughout the borough, with the use of planters implemented to block off certain routes to drivers.
ONE of Ealing Hospital's longest serving volunteers has made her return after a year's enforced absence.
Beryl Carr who's 99 years old, enjoyed her first day out in more than a year when she caught up with colleagues at the Friend's Café, where she has volunteered for the past 17 years.

LONDON has the lowest rate of vaccine uptake in England according to data published by Public Health England.
Despite more than six million total jabs being administered in the capital, only 46.8% of people aged 18 or over have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine while 24.6% have received a second dose.

FOUR men have been jailed for more than 71 years after being found guilty of raping a woman in Northolt.

HOBBAYNE ward councillor, Lewis Cox, has resigned after labelling Ealing Labour a 'toxic brand' and criticising both the new Ealing Council leader, Peter Mason, but also the former leader, Julian Bell.
In a statement, the now ex-councillor said: "It's now just over three years since I was elected a Labour councillor by the residents of Hobbayne ward.
