An Ealing charity has been able to support over 2,300 children with supplementary education to counter the negative impact of school closures as a result of the coronavirus.
The Znaniye Foundation, a charity that was originally set up in Ealing, but now covers all of London's boroughs was set up in 2003.

An Ealing woman has designed a Christmas card with the aim of raising funds for the Ealing Wildlife Group , in order to replace their trail cameras that were stolen.
The Group had trail cameras set up to watch local badgers and owls, but these were recently stolen.

A woman from Ealing has set up a home catering business business, while at the same time aiming to reduce food waste.
Kitty Mitchell, 35, is the proud owner of IMperfect Creative Cooking , where she cooks meals from home and sells them to people who are either too busy to cook for themselves, or want to treat themselves to something different than a traditional takeaway.
Ealing has a proud tradition in cinema, being the home to Ealing Studios, the oldest working studio facility in the world.
The Studios are responsible for hugely successful films such as The Theory of Everything and The Darkest Hour, along with hit TV shows such as Downtown Abbey and The Crown.

A group of six artists and a designer have come together to launch their own pop up art gallery in Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre.
Organised by former marketing and PR executive Kate Winskill, the artists originally 'popped up' on October 17 next to Vision Express and opposite Poundland, but were forced to close down when the national lockdown came into effect on November 5.
The playground in Lamas Park, South Ealing, is looking in particular bad shape at the moment.
Local mum, Laura Begg, 36, is fed up with the authorities for their lack of work on repairing the playground.

James Murray, Labour MP for Ealing North has just asked a question on Prime Minister's Questions about the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on the UK economy.
Mr Murray said: "In March, the government's Chief Scientific Officer said that keeping COVID-19 deaths below 20,000 would be a good outcome but still an enormous number of deaths.
