THE University of West London (UWL) has paid tribute to world renowned chef Albert Roux, who was an honorary graduate of the University.
Roux – a world famous chef and restaurateur who brought French cooking to the UK with his brother Michel – died this week at the age of 85.

Foxtons announced the acquisition on LinkedIn: "We're delighted to announce the acquisition of independent estate agent Aston Rowe.
FOLLOWING the announcement last month that Santa Maria pizzeria will be moving to a different location in Ealing , the owners have now also announced that the original location will become vegan.
Pasquale Chionchio and Angelo Ambrosio set up Santa Maria pizzeria 11 years ago because they wanted "a local place to show the people of Ealing what traditional, good pizza tastes like."
