Ealing's Pitzhanger Manor Soane's Kitchen has a new head chef, a recent graduate from the University of West London (UWL).

After completing his qualification in catering and hospitality at UWL and securing work placements at prestigious restaurants around West London, Andre Rhone had the combined education and experience to embark on a new challenge.
