Watermans is West London's arts centre and is open Wednesday to Sunday. See great films, live shows and exhibitions and discuss it all at the Guru, its unique bar and restaurant serving the best in drink, snacks and Indian dishes. In the cinema, take advantage of Wild Wednesdays – all cinema tickets £7 – all day on Wednesdays.

Hapless family man Paul Matthews (Nicolas Cage) finds his life turned upside down when millions of strangers suddenly start seeing him in their dreams.

But when his night time appearances take a nightmarish turn, Paul is forced to navigate his newfound stardom, in this wickedly entertaining comedy from writer-director Kristoffer Borgli (Sick of Myself) and producer Ari Aster.

The Eternal Memory (15) - Fri 17 – Thu 23 November 

Augusto Góngora, a veteran Chilean journalist and prominent chronicler of the crimes of the Pinochet regime, and Paulina Urrutia, actress, activist and politician, have been a tight-knit loving couple for over 20 years.

He was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s eight years ago, and now they both face the inexorable and accelerating descent of his physical and mental powers together.

Heartbreaking and uplifting at the same time, the story of Paulina’s warm and uncompromising dedication and Augusto’s fierce fight to hold on to his identity is a deeply affecting testimony to their love. 

How to Have Sex (15) - Fri 17 – Thu 23 November 

Winner of the Un Certain Regard prize at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival, How To Have Sex is a vibrant and authentic depiction of the agonies, ecstasies and ride-or-die glory of young female friendship, from rising British filmmaker Molly Manning Walker.

Three British teenage girls go on a rites-of-passage holiday, drinking, clubbing and hooking up in what should be the best summer of their lives.

The Origin Of Evil (15) - Part of the 31st French Film Festival UK 2023 - Sun 19 November at 2pm

This is a UK premiere of Lost Illusions based on a Honoré de Balzac novel. A young poet living in the 19th century France leaves his family's printing business to pursue his dreams as a writer in Paris.

But soon he learns of the dark side of the arts business as he tries to stay true to his dreams.
