W4 Youth excited to move into new home on Southfield Recreation Ground

W4 Youth has started to unpack equipment into the portacabin on Southfield Recreation Grounds which will be home to events taking place on Tuesdays to Fridays from 4 to 8 pm.

The events are scheduled in a few months' time when Ealing Council connect the electricity supply. The proposal for a Youth and Community Centre on Southfield Rec is a joint venture with Ealing Council.

Sally Chacatté, W4 Youth Founder and Chair, said: "We are excited to move into our new home in Southfield Recreation Ground. Now to get the electricity hooked up and we'll be ready to open our doors with lots of fun activities from 4-8pm Tuesdays to Fridays. We will update you when we have the timings of the first sessions confirmed."

Some of the future events that W4 Youth are attending or have organised include Rocks Lane Padel Tennis Tournament in aid of W4 Youth and Chiswick Cheese Market – 9am to 3.30 pm at which the W4 Youth dance troupe will be performing.

Event Details

11th March 2023 – Rocks Lane Padel Tennis Tournament at 6.00pm

16th April 2023 – Chiswick Cheese Market – 9am to 3.30 pm
