THE University of West London (UWL) has reached out to businesses across Ealing and West London as a whole, to showcase partnership benefits and open access to graduate talent, training and recruitment support.

Hosting its regional business event, UWL leaders welcomed existing and future industry partners as they set out future plans to strengthen the university's growing links with industry in all areas.

By partnering with UWL, businesses across Ealing and West London can tap into resources and support, as well as accessing talent and helping give students the skills to succeed.

Employers also heard how UWL can help them develop their employees' skills through dedicated degree apprenticeship programmes and how Knowledge Transfer Partnerships can help them to grow their business.

They also heard from the Westmont Enterprise Hub, which is supporting start-ups and entrepreneurs grow.

Professor Anthony Woodman, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of UWL, said: "We are known as the Career University because of the focus we place on connecting students with the world of work.

"This is what makes us unique as an institution and why we are proud to be taking steps to ensure that we continue to strengthen our relationships across all sectors in West London and beyond."
