Two more men have been charged following an incident in Acton on Sunday, 8 December that left 34-year-old Nash Clyne dead and a number of people injured.

Nicholi Clyne, 34, of Northolt, Ahmed Khaleel, 31, of Camden join Benjamin Matthews, 50, of Acton charged with the murder of Nash Clyne.

Ahmed Khaleel and Nicholi Clyne appeared at Wimbledon Magistrates' Court on Thursday, 12 December, both charged with violent disorder and GBH.

The pair were remanded in custody to appear next at the Old Bailey on Thursday, 9 January.

Nicholi Clyne was arrested on Monday, 9 December while Khaleel was arrested the following day.

The arrests were part of an investigation that was launched after police were called to Birkbeck Road in Acton shortly after 4am on Sunday, 8 December.

Reports had been received of a fight and possible shots heard. Officers attended with paramedics from the London Ambulance Service.

Nash Clyne was found with 'serious' injuries at the scene by paramedics but died later.

The Met say at least three other people were injured during the incident. Those injuries were not life threatening.
