Food donations can be dropped off at the warehouse in Hanwell on Wednesdays from 10am-4pm or at other donations points.

The SEC Food Cupboard offers good quality surplus food items to anyone who would like to come and collect them for free.
It is a community project set up to reduce waste.
A group of local volunteers receives/collects surplus food from the supermarkets (Eg via Felix Project) and makes it available to anyone and everyone from the local area.
The selection of food items each week will vary according to what is surplus food on that day.
There may be restrictions on the quantities of an item each person can take to ensure a fair distribution and SEC ask people to bring their own bags.
Olio - Olio - Your Local Sharing App (olioapp.com)
Olio facilitates the sharing of surplus food items among individuals and local businesses to help combat food waste and promote sustainability.
The platform encourages people to share and receive surplus food, thereby reducing environmental impact and strengthening community bonds.
You can download the app via their website.
Too Good To Go Too Good To Go: End Food Waste on the App Store (apple.com)

Liberal Democrat Councillor Gary Busuttil, Opposition Spokesperson on Finance and Resources said: "Liberal Democrats say that many of the issues we are seeing today are down to the Tory government. They have failed the economy over the past five years or more."
He added: "In covid I helped hand out food parcels to vulnerable residents near me. It is important to ask for help if you need it now.
"There are many great local organisations able to help you. As many children have returned to school following an especially challenging time for families in the summer holidays and we move into autumn and winter - reach out for help when you need it."
