A TEENAGER has been taken to hospital after being stabbed on Northfield Avenue.

According to the Daily Express, emergency services were called to the scene last Thursday, June 3 at around 5:20pm.

Police officers and paramedics arrived at the scene and found the 19-year-old injured.

The Met confirmed that the victim's injuries were not life-threatening or life-changing.

They said: "Police were called at approximately 5.19pm on Thursday, June 3 to a report of a stabbing on Northfield Avenue, West Ealing.

"Officers attended the location, along with colleagues from the London Ambulance Service.

"A 19-year-old male was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital where his injury was assessed as non-life changing and non-life threatening.

"A crime scene remains in place and enquiries continue."

No arrests have been made and the police are appealing for anyone with any information to come forward, either by calling 101, or tweeting @MetCC and quoting the reference number CAD 5730/03JUN.
