About: After accepting a role as a typist in a solicitor's office, fresh-faced Pat is soon exposed to the harsh reality of the 1930s workplace – and specifically the attentions of slimy Office Manager, Brewer.

Gender and sex politics come to the fore in John Van Druten's prescient comedy.

Revived by the Finborough in 2013, The Guardian's four-star review described London Wall as a play "with a social purpose" that "still has some pertinent things" to say about "sexual double standards and the exploitation of women."

Where: 12 Mattock Ln, London W5 5BQ
