Trailfinders Sports Club are seeking a full-time permanent multi-skilled handy person/ general factotum to join our team to help maintain and upkeep our unique sports and events venue set in 20 acres of landscaped grounds in Ealing, west London.
The successful candidate will be expected to work independently, reporting to the General Manager and Operations Director.
On occasion the candidate will be required to assist the Grounds Team with basic duties.
Some responsibilities include:
- Painting
- Decorating
- Changing Door Handles/Locks
- Changing/Fixing Taps
- Basic Carpentry
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic Mechanical
- cleaning/changing filters & visual inspections
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar multi-skilled role
- Full UK Driver's license
- Happy to work outdoors
- 40 hours per week (5 days across 7)
- Mostly Monday
- Friday but with flexibility to work evenings & weekends for match days and larger events
- Interest of sports is beneficial but not required

Ealing is in need of a Parking Appeals Officer.

Responsibilities include:
- Dealing with correspondence appeals permits, telephone, calls, income, refunds, complaints, court & bailiffs
- To represent the client where necessary at adjudication, attend seminars and other working groups and functions
- To report to the team leader on the requirements for appropriate stock for all functions, experience within appeals is essential for the role
Candidates must:
- The candidate we need must be an excellent communicator with previous Parking Appeals experience of 6 months or more
- You will have an eye for detail along with experience of working with computerised systems
- You will be required to work 37+ hours per week, Monday to Friday, usually between the hours of 8am and 5pm or 9am and 6pm however there will maybe be more flexibility for the right candidate.
