A prestigious, specialist insurance business are looking for an Interim Talent Acquisition Officer to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract, they are open to candidates working full or part-time hours and they offer hybrid working.
To be suitable for the role you will have 5+ years recruitment experience, ideally within the insurance or professional services sector.
As the Interim Talent Acquisition Officer you will assist with recruiting positions within the business and will continue developing the company LinkedIn site and careers pages.
Your key responsibilities as the Interim Talent Acquisition Officer will involve managing the full recruitment process from posting job adverts to making job offers. You will manage relationships with internal stakeholders; meeting to discuss future recruiting needs, volumes and candidate feedback and create interview packs for hiring managers. You will also forecast recruitment needs on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, create and manage the internet careers pages, assist with the development of an intern scheme, monitor and identify recruitment and market trends and collate guidelines and effective interview questions/competency tests for each department. You will also be the primary systems administrator and project officer for integrating LinkedIn.
The School Administrator Duties and responsibilities:

SEND Placement Commissioning and Resources Manager
Ealing Service for Children with Additional Needs is seeking a dynamic professional with extensive experience of working within robust contractual arrangements to oversee the quality and efficiency of places commissioned for children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND). This role will provide an operational lead on commissioning education placements and bespoke services for children and young people with SEND.
Candidates should have experience of commissioning for children and young people in a local authority or provider environment. It would be advantageous for candidates to have experience of leading workstreams connected with service evaluation, contract monitoring and promoting good quality commercial relationships which provide best value for the council and its residents. The ideal candidate will work in partnership with key agencies to build working relationships that ensure a holistic approach is taken towards the commissioning of placements & provision for children and young people with SEND.
They should also have the ability to engage positively with stakeholders (both internal and external) including children, young people and parents to co-produce evaluative systems and processes that strengthen the monitoring and impact of provision and placements. They will promote an appropriate culture, empowering others and demonstrating high practice standards, ensuring that quality assurance and contract monitoring are effective, and that commissioning activity delivers good value for money.
