Ealing Police are searching for witnesses after reports of a man being set on fire in West Ealing.

On Monday 27th February, officers were called to Brownlow Road, West Ealing after there were reports that a man had set another man on fire.

The second man has suffered minor burns, but was not seriously injured by the incident.

The man who had started the fire had fled the scene by the time officers arrived and work is ongoing to locate him and to establish the circumstances of the incident.

Ealing Police have taken to social media to appeal to any member of the public who witnessed the incident to contact them on 101 and quoting the reference 6422/27FEB.

Alternatively, those who wish to remain anonymous can contact the independent charity Crimstoppers on 0800 555 111.
