Perceval House car park will temporarily close this month for the local council elections on Thursday, May 5.

A transformation of the car park behind Perceval House into the Ealing count centre for the local elections mean motorists will not have access to the parking bays from Sunday, April 24 to Thursday, May 12.

Some parking bays along Longfield Avenue will also be suspended, with signage displayed to alert drivers of which bays are closed.

Alternative parking is available at Springbridge Road car park (W5 2AB).

Saturday charges vary depending on your vehicle's emissions from 70p to £1.40/hour. All day parking is permitted for the same price as 3 hours parking.

On Sunday the charge varies from 70p to £1.40/hour to park for the whole day.

The car park is open from 7am to midnight daily and is free to park in after 6pm every day – but it is locked overnight.

Additional town centre parking is also available in on-street pay and display bays and other nearby council car parks including Arden Road Car Park, W13 8RP.

Check the location and charges of council-owned car parks in the borough on the council's web page car parks and other visitor information.
