A MAN has died after a car 'fell on him' at a garage in Southall.

The man, who has been named as AJ, was the owner of AJ's Auto Centre on Norwood Road where the accident happened.

Police and ambulance services were called to the scene on April 28 but were unable to save the man who was pronounced shortly after.

The Instagram account UB1UB2 paid tribute to AJ posting: "Our heartfelt condolences go out to his family.

"Everyone who knew AJ described him as a very kind and lovely person, god bless him and his family - this truly is very sad news."

Another Instagram user, 1_therealest commented: "Absolutely devastating news AJ was the most humble and kindest guy you could ever come across.

"Deep deep condolences and prayers go out to his family and loved ones. RIP AJ."
