A MAN has been charged in connection with a stabbing in Acton last month.

Daniel Haisley, 34, of Eversley Crescent, Hounslow, was charged on Wednesday, February 17 with Section 18 wounding with intent and possession of a knife in a public space.

He appeared in custody at Uxbridge Magistrates Court that same day, where he was remanded in custody to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on March 17.

The charges relate to the stabbing of a man in his 20s on January 20 at the Vale, at the junction with Curricle Street.

The victim was taken to hospital and has since been discharged.
