A man was stabbed on The Broadway in Southall

A man in his twenties was rushed to hospital yesterday (August 2) after being stabbed in Ealing.

The Metropolitan Police, London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance rushed to the scene on The Broadway in Southall where they found a man suffering stab injuries.

He was taken to hospital where his condition was determined to be non life-threatening.

No arrests have been made, meanwhile enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: "Police were called at approximately 19:25hrs on Tuesday, 2 August to reports of a stabbing in The Broadway, Southall.

"Officers, London Ambulance Service and London's Air Ambulance attended and found a man, believed aged in his 20s, suffering stab injuries.

"He has been taken to hospital for treatment; his condition is not life threatening. A crime scene remains in place. No arrests; enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing."
