The family-run estate agent, Leslie & Co, are joining forces with a long-time successful Ealing estate agent, extending their collaborations within the community.

Leslie & Co have started working with estate agent prodigy, Gary Smith, a founding director at the west London estate agents, Robertson Smith & Kempson (RSK).

Gary has sold many properties in the area over the years, having opened and managed the first RSK estate agency sales office in Hanwell.

Now working as a Senior Valuer, he will collaborate with Leslie & Co as a consultant.

About the collaboration, Gary said: "After selling my own chain of estate agencies several years ago it is great to be able to use my 30 years of experience and to be working in Ealing again.

"This is an exciting opportunity to be part of this dynamic and enthusiastic team."

As a small, independent business, Leslie & Co are excited to be working with the established estate agent.

The company was launched in 2020 by Paul Leslie and Rachel Watts, who had been in property for nearly a decade.

"We are super happy to have Gary on board," Paul and Rachel said. "With his wealth of knowledge and experience in the Ealing area we expect great things from Leslie & Co this year! "

The team also includes Paul's young son Rafferty and their dog Daphne.

Unique for an estate agency, they have been working from home since starting the business during lockdown, and don't intend to move into an office.

Based in the heart of Ealing and regularly travelling across town for their work, they are advocates for the talented small businesses Ealing has to offer, and love to collaborate with other independent companies.

In December, they used the '12 Days of Christmas' to share and spotlight their favourite local businesses and they have previously teamed up with local makers such as, Charlotte Berridge Studio, who's Ealing inspired gifts they give to their clients when they move into a new home.

They recently posted a list of how to support small business, which includes:

  • Like, comment, and share their post
  • Write a good and honest review
  • Tell your friends about them
  • Give them a shout-out

Leslie & Co are also offering a new and unique service that allows people to search their own home, while sitting on the sofa.
