Rail strikes have continued into 2023 as industrial action and mean that no trains will be operating in Ealing this week.
Elizabeth Line services will run through Ealing Broadway, West Ealing, Acton Main Line, and Hanwell, but no GWR trains will be running through the Borough.
Strikes begin from Tuesday 3rd January and will continue to severely impact all Great Western Railway services until Saturday 7th January.
A statement on the GWR website said: "On strike days (3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 January) only an extremely reduced service will operate on a limited number of routes.
"Some parts of the GWR network will have no service at all. Services will start later (07:30) and all journeys must be completed by 18:30.
"The day after the strikes (Sunday 8 January) will also be affected. Trains will start later and there could be short-notice cancellations and alterations.
"Online journey planners are being updated with the latest timetable information, please see the passenger information table below for details.
"On the days affected, passengers are advised to find an alternative way to travel. Where services are running, customers should only travel by train if absolutely necessary, and it is highly recommended that a seat reservation is made.
"Other train operators are also affected by this action, so onward travel could also be affected.
"Where we are able to run services, they are expected to be extremely busy and we are not able to provide bus replacement services.
"Customers who have already purchased tickets for strike days can claim a full refund or amend their ticket; those who travel and are delayed may be entitled to Delay Repay compensation if they are delayed by 15 minutes or more."
GWR services will only be running a limited service on the following lines: London Paddington and Oxford, London Paddington and Didcot Parkway, London Paddington and Reading, Slough and Windsor, Maidenhead and Marlow, Twyford and Henley-on-Thames, Reading and Basingstoke, Didcot and Oxford, Cardiff Central and Westbury calling most stations, and Bristol and Plymouth.
The RMT Union, the UK's largest railway union, has 40,000 members striking this week and has four in every five trains across the country cancelled.
Train strikes have been heavily impacting travel across Britain for the last month due to the dispute between RMT and Network Rail over pay and working conditions for workers.
