Ealing Foodbank is an independent Christian led charity affiliated with the Trussell Trust.

The Christian faith underpins everything that Ealing Foodbank does and stands for.

The right applicant will need to demonstrate that they share the vision, mission and values of the foodbank and respect the principles of faith in action.

Th Deputy Manager will be accountable to the Manager and will enable Ealing Foodbank to continue to develop its impact, distributing food to those who need it throughout the borough.

Responsibilities include:

• Help develop the organisation as it meets the growing need

• Deputise for the Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day foodbank operations by attending meetings and giving talks and presentations to schools, churches and referral agencies

• Work closely with the Manager to support and enable the operation of the foodbank

The role is full-time - 37.5 hours per week - on a 14-month contract from April 2021 to June 2022.
