The Cantonese restaurant chain, Three Uncles, is set to open its doors to Ealing Broadway stomachs on 4, 5 and 6 November for its 50% off soft launch.

Diners who signed up ahead of time will have the opportunity to try Three Uncles' famous Roast Duck, Char Siu BBQ Pork, Hainan Chicken and new dishes for half price.

The new dishes coming to Three Uncles Ealing first are: Banquet Prawn Toast, Oven-Baked Pork Chop Rice, HK Curry Beef Brisket, Chee Cheong Fun and Mango Pudding.

Despite announcing the upcoming Ealing branch earlier this summer, bookings for its soft launch sold out within a couple of hours yesterday (Tuesday, 22 October) morning.

The soft launch slots were for lunch and diner from 11:45am to 3pm and 5pm to 10:30pm.

Under its most recent Instagram post, one user said: " Tried to book via the email at 10am, but was already sold out? Is that right?"

Another commented: "Same as me! please tell us it isn't fully booked."

A third replying to another user explained: "I tried at 9.30am and same story."

Emails were sent out for the launch at 8:30am on 22 October and when Ealing Nub News checked at 12pm, it was sold out (credit: Three Uncles).

However, Three Uncles say residents should not worry, as those who signed up to the original soft launch invitation but missed the opportunity, will receive a 20% off offer which can be used anytime.

Three Uncles told Ealing Nub News: "The menu items are from our "18-Districts" concept.

"This rotating menu is designed to highlight the favourite dishes from across the 18 neighbourhoods that make up Hong Kong and will showcase a variety of sweet and savoury specials for a limited time, many not often seen in London."

Three Uncles opened its first restaurant in 2019 in Liverpool Street and has since expanded to Brixton Village, Camden Lock and Saint Paul's.
