Lettings Viewing Officer

Housing association, A2 Dominion in west London is looking for a lettings viewing officer to join its team. It is a six months temporary contract with 35 hours per week and pays £13 per hour.

Applicants must have:

  • Qualifications/training Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Maths and English (Grades A - C)
  • Knowledge and experience of working in a customer focused environment
  • Experience working with allocations and lettings service
  • Knowledge of Government legislation of homelessness and lettings
  • Knowledge of Choice Based Lettings
  • Knowledge of the technical aspects of void maintenance
  • Experience of working to deadlines
  • Responsive to change
  • Full UK driving licence including the use of own motor vehicle

Responsibilities include:

  • Allocate and offer homes in accordance with policies, procedures, and nomination agreements
  • Organise and attend viewings for all prospective tenants
  • Complete admin relating to the relet procedure in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records and database information for all aspects of the void process
  • Establish and develop effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders of A2Dominion
  • Assist other Lettings Teams, to cover re-let patches whilst other Lettings Consultants are on leave and other roles as required
  • Responsible for resolving customer queries promptly, including liaison with the A2Dominion Operational Teams, residents, Local Authorities, and void contractors as required.

Primary School Teacher

A school in Northolt, Ealing is in need of a teacher to fill its new Primary SEND Teacher role. The jobs pays £300 daily and includes benefits.

Applicants must be able to teach and provide specialist support to pupils with additional needs across the Primary Phase Suitable degree and have a UK recognised teaching qualification (i.e., QTS, PGCE) with relevant SEND teaching experience in EYFS/KS1/KS2.

An Ealing school is in need of a dedicated and passionate Early Years Trained Teaching Assistant.

The role pays £90 a day and applicants must bring experience in working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Also, applicants should have a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning to work in Ealing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support and assistance to the Early Years team in delivering high-quality education and care to children aged 3-5 years.
  • Work closely with the class teacher to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and adapt the curriculum to meet the diverse needs of children with SEN.

A school in Ealing is looking for a full-time receptionist to join ASAP. The job is a permanent position from Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm and pays £95 a day.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering the phone, deal with any enquiries that may come through and pass through calls/messages to the relevant staff member
  • The intake of mail, including the unpacking and distribution of any deliveries to the school, also passing these through to the relevant team member
  • Using the schools internal system to record data and ensure all records are kept up to date
  • To provide support to the school using word-processing, photocopying documents where necessary
  • Greeting any guest/parents in a professional manner, ensuring that they are feeling welcomed and always having a smile when dealing with anyone who might come through the school doors
  • The management of the schools inbox, sorting and forwarding emails accordingly
  • Filtering spam and making sure all emails of importance are seen to as a matter of urgency Knowledge of all Microsoft packages would be desirable as well as experience working with SIMS or a similar management information system within an administrative role.
