AN Ealing based theatre company will be putting on a virtual music concert this Friday, January 29.
IMPACT Theatre is a registered charity that aims to promote a positive image of disability and to develop communication and self-confidence, through participation in performing and creative arts and other supporting activities.
Every year they put on around five shows and the first show for 2021 will be the Cockney Sing-A-Long.
IMPACT have teamed up with musician, Tom Carradine, who has recorded a one-hour long concert that will be live streamed on YouTube.
The concert will include a collection of songs from the Victorian era as well as a Victorian photography exhibition made from IMPACT members.
Technical Director of IMPACT Theatre, Salvatore Scollo told Nub News: "Tom Carradine is an amazing singer, we're so pleased he recorded this concert for us.
"We always involve our members in all our performances, which isn't particularly easy right now because of COVID, but we've managed to make it work and the photography exhibition works really well with the music."
Following the start of the coronavirus pandemic last March, IMPACT had to cancel all the shows they had planned and make them virtual.
This worked really well in December with the Classical Brunch, with Scollo and his team hoping they can replicate its success.
The concert is free to watch on YouTube on Friday, January 29 at 7pm.
