An exciting new vegan pizza pop-up has set-up shop in a bar opposite Ealing Broadway station.

Based in the taproom and bottle shop BeerKat, which opened on The Broadway in January 2020 after taking over from an estate agents, customers can find 100 per cent plant-based deep-pan pizzas.

QuirkyDough started out four years ago making flatbreads cooked on an old BBQ barrel outside pubs across the south east.

Now Ealing has provided their first permanent residency, as well as a whole new concept for the dough makers.

They are currently serving up their deep-pan Chicago style, completely plant-based pizzas, cooked in cast iron skillets.

QuirkyDough said: "We are one of the newest and most exciting food ventures to appear in Ealing, based in the fantastic craft beer bar 'beerkat' opposite the station.

"The pizzas are freshly cooked to order in cast iron skillets. Every one of them are hand crafted with actively fermenting dough, fresh sauce and homemade toppings.

"Oh and they're all fully vegan! Cheese loving meat eaters don't fret they promise you won't be disappointed! We are so excited to share our plant based creations with you!"

They have been based in the Beerkat for just over a month now and hope to be there indefinitely.

Pizza prices range from £11 - £13.50 and include a 'mock-zerella' and a 'plant-based kebab shop doner' pizza.

Find them at 38-39 The Broadway, from Tuesday to Thursday, 5pm until 9:30pm and on Friday to Saturday, from 12pm to 10pm.
