Our top pick for this week is The Ghost Train – a thrilling production at the Questors Theatre.

A classic thriller of a performance is coming to Ealing's Questors Theatre this weekend, with their production of The Ghost Train.

When a young chap foolishly loses his hat out of a train window, a group of passengers miss their connecting train.

In the dead of night, they now find themselves stranded in the middle of the rural Cornish countryside, with the next train not set to arrive until morning.

Despite the frail station master's warnings that the station is "haunted" (since the fatal wreckage of a train years before) they decide to stay the night….

Climb aboard for this darkly comic, captivating thriller by internationally renowned playwright and actor Arnold Ridley.

Originally staged in 1925 in the West End, this fresh revival of Ridley's classic play is described as 'tantalising and suspenseful in equal measure'.

Running time: 2hrs 20min (including interval).

Standard tickets are £14, members: £7 and member guest: £10.

Under £16/full time student are £7, concession £12 and Questors Youth Theatre and Student Group students go free.

The performance will be on from 12 to 20 November, daily at 7.45pm (excluding Mon & Sun) and Sunday at 2.30pm.
