'Your Voice, Your Town' aims to bring local people into the decisions that are made by local council.
The campaign is aimed at making sure everyone who wants to, will be able to take part in talking about and making decisions in their local area.
Councillor Peter Mason, leader of Ealing Council, said: "Who could be more expert about what is going to work in our seven amazing, incredible towns than you, the people who live there? We want to bring you into the decision making about the places you live in.
"So, tell us how, when and where to best have conversations with you about your towns and neighbourhoods."
Councillor Polly Knewstub, cabinet member for thriving communities, said: "We want to make sure that everyone who wants to can take part in talking about their local area so we can improve it together.
"If you want to be more active in your community, come and talk to us at in-person events near you or complete a short online survey.
"The council will use the information from the survey and the conversations with residents to develop and test ideas with you and your communities and see what is most effective to help shape your towns into the places you want them to be."
400 people have already shared their views to the council.
If you want to get involved, complete a short online survey by Friday, 10 November 2023.
For a printed copy of the survey, email [email protected].
If you are a community group in any of the borough's 7 towns and would like to get your group members to share their views, particularly parents of school-aged children or young people aged between 18-30, email [email protected].
Someone from the council can arrange to come along to your group and talk to members about what would help them to participate in discussing the issues and future of their towns.
