EALING Council has announced a by-election for Hobbayne ward, after former Labour councillor Lewis Cox resigned in May.

The by-election will take place on September 16.

Those who are registered to vote will receive a polling card with information on how to vote in due course.

Those who have moved or are not yet registered can do so HERE.
