The Met Police has closed Gunnersbury Avenue as a woman dies after colliding with a lorry.

Hounslow Met Police has confirmed via X at around noon that road closures are in place following a fatal traffic collision earlier in the day.

A resident on Nextdoor posted a picture taken at 6:36am this morning showing police presence at Gunnersbury Avenue.

Anyone who witnessed any part of this incident or who has dash cam footage should call police on 101 or post on X @MetCC quoting 669/2AUG.

Met Police approached for comment.
