Guy Fawkes Night is right around the corner (Sunday, 5 November) and Ealing Nub News has you covered on the best events around the area.

Also known as Bonfire Night, the event celebrates the failed assassination of King James I and his parliament, when Guy Fawkes was caught guarding explosives under the House of Lords on 5 November 1605.

1. Ealing and Harrow Fireworks

Ealing and Harrow will be not only celebrating Bonfire Night, but also their 12th birthday.

There will be a firework show, entertainment for kids, food and drink and Diwali themed dance show.

The event is on Saturday, 4 November, Byron Park, Peel Road HA3 7QX. Buy tickets online to save up to 40% off the door price.

Gates open at 12pm for free until 3pm.

2. The Best of British Fireworks - Ealing Cricket Club

Ealing Cricket Club will be celebrating Guy Fawkes Night with a fireworks display, food, mulled wine and children's games on the night.

The event will be hosted at their cricket ground in Corfton Rd, W5 2HS on Saturday, 4 November from 6pm to 9pm.

3. The Brentham Club Fireworks Night

The Brentham Club are putting on a fireworks display, music, street food and fairground rides this weekend.

It starts on Saturday, 4 November 5pm to 9:30pm with the firework display starting at 7:30pm.

The Brentham Club is located in Meadvale Road, W5 1NP.
