SOANE'S Kitchen, located within Ealing's most iconic landmark, Pitzhanger Manor, has reopened its doors again as a new restaurant offering an all-day dining menu with particular attention on Ealing and British ingredients and seasonality.
At its helm is the multi-award-winning chef Hayden Groves, who in 2013 was awarded the prestigious National Chef of the Year on top of Craft Guild of Chef's Chef of the Year in 2006 and four-time gold medallist in the Parade Des Chefs.
The 70-cover site in Ealing Green is located inside the original walled kitchen garden at Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery, built in 1800-1804 by acclaimed British architect Sir John Soane.
Soane's Kitchen was designed by Jestico + Whiles as part of a recent, multi-million-pound restoration project of Pitzhanger, and will play host to an exciting roster of chef takeovers and guest pop-ups from January 2021.
In addition to the menu, Soane's Kitchen will be serving a selection of flatbreads from the outdoor pizza oven and drinks in the stunning Courtyard.
The PEPPER Collective is the hospitality and leisure business that is powering the launch on behalf of the Pitzhanger Manor Trust.
Grove's residency at Soane's Kitchen forms part of The PEPPER Collective's strategy to harness partnerships that reinvent customer experiences across the UK.
Andrew Fishwick, Group CEO of The PEPPER Collective, said: "We are extremely excited to open the doors to Soane's Kitchen once more.
"It is a spectacular space within the grounds of Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery by Walpole Park, and we are delighted to work together to shine a light on some of the UK food scene's top talent.
"Hayden's residency is a fantastic way to start Soane's Kitchen's new life and we look forward to welcoming back diners in the weeks to come."
Clare Gough, Director of Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery, added: "We are thrilled to welcome The PEPPER Collective as our catering partner for Soane's Kitchen.
"We are delighted that Ealing locals can enjoy celebrating here in the build up to Christmas and into 2021.
"We can't wait for our guests to try their delicious food and drink, perfectly timed to launch as we reopen our doors at Pitzhanger once again."
Soane's Kitchen is open seven days a week, 8am-10pm Monday – Friday, 9am-10pm on Saturdays and 10am-4pm on Sundays.
