This month marks the one-year anniversary of the Pop Up Gallery at Ealing Broadway, which has been home to a range of original contemporary art and prints for Ealing locals for the last 12 months.

To celebrate the first year, the gallery has been transformed with new artists and ceramicists being showcased at the unit, which has been renamed Art House Ealing.

Located next to Tesco near Town Square, the gallery has hosted the works of over 50 West London painters, photographers, digital artists, ceramicists, and jewellers over the past 12 months. Among the items showcased this year was work painted by heat winner of Landscape Artist of the Year - watercolour painter Max Panks, as well as mud-lark jewellery created by TV antiques specialist jeweller Madeleine Marsh.

Art House Ealing is also hosting a free prize draw of original art for those who join their mailing list in April.

The team will also be raising money for DEC Ukraine Appeal through the selling of artwork. So far over £1,500 has been raised for the charity which helps to provide food, water, shelter, healthcare and protection to families fleeing the conflict in Ukraine.

Andrew Rollings, centre director at Ealing Broadway, said: "Art House Ealing has been a resounding success at the centre, and we congratulate the team for reaching their one-year anniversary.

"The original artwork that is on offer is remarkable, and we want to encourage local residents and visitors to the centre to consider investing in a piece to give their house décor an artistic refresh."

Kate Winskill, co-founder of Art House Ealing, said: "We're so grateful to be celebrating a year at Ealing Broadway and can't wait to welcome new artists and original pieces to our store.

"We're proud to be paving the way to make art an everyday and accessible purchase."

Art House Ealing is open seven days a week at Ealing Broadway from 11.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Sunday, and is delighted to host anyone who is interested in featuring their art.
