Property consultants, Green & Partners, has put the former Oak Road, Ealing Starbucks site up for rent for a price of £60,000 per year.

With Starbucks having been at the site for over a decade, the international coffeehouse decided to close its Ealing Oaks store in September earlier this year.

The site brings 1,086 sq ft of retail space and Green & Partners describe it as a 'well connected' unit part of London's West End.

Starbucks said it closed the site after reviewing its "portfolio", deeming the Oak Road location not the best for its customers.

The nearest Starbucks in Ealing which residents can enjoy is the company's branch opposite Ealing Broadway Station.

A Starbucks spokesperson told Ealing Nub News: "We regularly review our portfolio to ensure our stores are in places that are relevant for our customers.

"We can confirm the Ealing Oaks store, Ealing, closed mid-September this year, and all partners at this store have been relocated to other Starbucks stores nearby of their preference.

"We would like to thank our customers for their loyalty over the years and let them know can find their nearest store on the Starbucks Store Locator."
