Competition opens to design the leader of Ealing Council's Christmas card
Young Ealing artists are invited to take part in a competition to design a Christmas card which will be used by the leader of Ealing Council, Peter Mason, this year.
The competition is open to anyone 18 or younger who attends a school in the borough.
Winners will see their artwork reproduced for cards that will be used by Peter Mason and the council's chief executive, Paul Najsarek.
They will also be featured throughout the festive period on the council's social media channels.
Councillor Peter Mason said: "I know there are a lot of talented young people in Ealing and I'm very much looking forward to seeing their designs.
"I'm looking forward to our Christmas cards this year really capturing the imagination of those who receive them."
Entrants must draw, colour or paint a design that shows what they love about the borough, from parks or open spaces, local communities, shops, landmarks, to family and friends.
The competition will be judged by Councillor Mason; Councillor Deirdre Costigan, deputy leader and cabinet member for climate action; and Councillor Kamiljit Nagpal, cabinet member for a fairer start.
