Creature Mobile Workshops with Pitzhanger Manor

Birds, bees, eagles, lions! Get creative making a mobile inspired by the creatures inside and outside Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery and its surrounding home in Walpole Park. Once created, the mobile is yours to keep!

Facilitated by the team at Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery, these free family sessions are suitable for children aged 5+. Smaller and older siblings are always welcome and all materials are provided.

Limited numbers of tickets are available on each date for pre-booking, with the majority available on a first come, first served basis for drop ins.

Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery, built as a private home for Sir John Sloane and his family in 1800, is a uniquely elegant historic house set alongside a contemporary art gallery within beautiful Regency-styled parkland. Alongside exhibitions, they offer a full range of events and experiences to appeal to all!

The majory of places are available for walk ins, however please book a ticket to guarantee your spot. Please also register to receive information including on final workshop location.


Information for Guests

The event will take place within a Gazebo in a high street location, and the workshop will take place at tables with seats for guests.

Guests should allow up to 45 minutes to create their Creature Mobile. The last 'sitting' will be at 2pm on each date.

Those who pre-book, or register for more information, will be contacted with final details 2 days before the event These details will include confirmation of event location, and 'top tips' for getting the most enjoyment out of the tour such as dressing for weather, and comfort.
