I am an experienced and highly qualified Iyengar yoga teacher and have been teaching in and around Ealing since 2003. I am completely committed to helping people reach and develop their full potential.

My classes are challenging, encouraging, friendly, upbeat, expansive and supportive. You will learn correct alignment in order to work safely; how the use of yoga props can allow you to accomplish and improve poses; understanding of different sequencing of poses to achieve maximum effect.
