PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR REQUIRED - WEST LONDON

Our client, a well-established private practice firm based in West London, is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients in matters related to private client law. You will handle a range of cases, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate matters. Your strong understanding of private client law will enable you to effectively represent the best interests of your clients and provide them with the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities:

- Advising clients on private client matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.- Drafting and reviewing legal documents.- Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant legislation.- Building strong relationships with clients and providing them with exceptional service.- Managing a caseload efficiently and meeting set deadlines.- Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to the success of the team.

Requirements:

- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' experience in private client law.- Strong knowledge of private client law and related legislation.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.- Client-focused approach and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
